Neither – I practice traditional herbal and naturopathic medicine, and apply it in an appropriate, integrative way. I.e. If a patient needs pharmaceutical drugs or surgery, I very much support them in getting this + also getting the best quality of care. Equally, if someone needs reflexology, I’ll refer them to a reflexologist.

My prefered word is ‘integrative‘, since this implies genuine integration, cross referencing and understanding between healing disciplines.
