(4) How long will it take?

This will be very different for different people. Two useful rules of thumb are that the longer you have been struggling with an illness, the longer it will likely take to resolve. Also the older you are the slower the body tends to change and heal.

Thus a 30 year old with a 6 month history of illness may feel well on the path towards health after a few months.

A sixty year old with a similar illness that has been around for 20-30 years may find that the path of creating health is one to be walked gradually over 1 to 2 years.

Some of my clients come for long term issues related to the heart, skin, anxiety, pulmonary disease, inflammatory diseases, chronic fatigue, fibromyalgia, chronic pain, digestive problems etc. Some come for support in health creation, learning how to live more in harmony with their bodies and some come for 1:1 mentoring on their own path of connecting to and learning from the plants.

Currently, due to my teaching commitments, I mostly work with people who can benefit from occassional sessions, often 3 months apart, and are keen to work with the material that unfolds themselves in the gaps (or supported by a student/graduate or another practioner). For many years I offered monthly or even weekly sessions, but teaching at the school means that this isn’t possbible now.
