Introduction to Reflexology
Dates to be confirmed for Autumn 2019
The course will be facilitated by reflexologist Alena Standova who has been practicing reflexology since 2009 and teaching workshops for more than 5 years. We will start with introducing the history and the principles of reflexology and then we will proceed to the practical learning. In each class we will bring into focus different systems of the body and learn how we can support them. The small group size will allow us to experience and learn reflexology in a very nourishing way.
This class is designed for
People who wish to gain new skills and knowledge to use for themselves, family or friends and also to existing body therapy practitioners who wish to broaden their knowledge about the feet as a potent gateway to healing
The class will run on 5 Wednesday mornings 10am-12:30pm
Dates to be confirmed
It will run in the beautiful and cozy environment of Ruskin Apothecary (herbal clinic) at Ruskin Mill in Nailsworth. The Apothecary is set in the beautiful valley by Ruskin Mill lake.
I will provide all the learning materials and warm drinks. The participants are advised to wear loose and comfortable clothing.
